Ricky is a dedicated Christian School Consultant passionate about reshaping educational culture. With over three decades of experience in Christian education, Ricky provides expert guidance to empower schools in creating motivating, innovative, and faith-based learning environments. Married to Carolyn Sykes Rigsby for 53 years, he has served in Christian ministry since 1968 and is proud of his four adult children, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Holding a BA from East Texas Baptist University and an M.Ed. from Oral Roberts University, Ricky is eager to assist your Christian school in advancing the Kingdom.

With a focus on professional development and faith-based training, Ricky is committed to supporting educators, parents, and students in their journey towards academic and spiritual growth. His approach is centered on fostering a positive and nurturing educational experience rooted in Christian values.
